A high low dress is such a unique style to wear in the office. I discovered this lovely dress during my time working at White House Black Market. Can I have an honesty moment with you all here? I’ve been extremely inconsistent with releasing looks for my work outfit style series. Please forgive me as I collect myself and get my life together. I am committed to my improvement and becoming a better blogger and overall content creator. Furthermore, this will officially be look number 3 from the work outfit summer style series.

High Low Dresses are a fun twist to work office looks, but they still also provide a professional touch depending on the dress. High Low dresses are extremely versatile as they never are really out of place. You can wear them to work, on a casual day with some cute sandals, and including a summer night out.
When incorporating a high low dress into your work wardrobe , you want to ensure you’re choosing a color that is suitable and professional enough for the workplace. For instance, if you work in Finance or Tech, I would stick with wearing navy, gray and black high low dresses. You can never go wrong with those colors as they provide such a great professional touch for those specific fields. It’s possible to be chic and professional in the office! Don’t let anyone fool you into thinking that’s not possible.

My next tip would be to wear the right shoes that are comfortable but also provide an elegant edge. What I mean by elegant edge, is something chic and simple, but a shoes that stand out a bit. The shoes I am wearing are an excellent example. (white mules from zara) I also find adding that type of shoe always helps bring the outfit together when the dress is one solid color without any prints.

Next you want to focus on your accessories! One of my favorite ways to spice up a look is through incorporating accessories. They truly make or break an outfit at times. Your go to accessories should consist of a supportive spacious handbag and endless bracelets and rings you can wear into the office. So much of what we wear dictates how we feel. I want to always look and feel my best while at work, especially since my current role is not my final destination or what God has called me to do. When I look good, I feel good, then I essentially perform better. High Low Dresses offer so much versatility.
I’ve included some helpful links below where you can find a similar pieces. Hope you enjoy! Let me know what you think of this look and if you will be incorporating this style into your work wardrobe in the future.
